ABOUT THIS BLOG
Vagabond Feminist is a travel and lifestyle blog that aims to highlight travel destinations for independent travelers. My travel posts focus on the quirky and unusual, encompassing both luxury and budget styles of travel. My posts that focus on feminism and political opinion showcase the challenges faced by all women in the world, but specifically those faced by women who travel solo. I also aim to call attention to the injustices in the world in which we as travelers are so privileged to explore.
After spending my twenties traveling the world, I have now built a career on my passion for exploring the world. I hold an undergraduate combined Bachelor of Commerce and Psychology, and am currently working toward my Masters degree in International Aid and Community Development. My interest in this field is specific to empowering women in developing nations to create their own economic strength within their communities, so they can provide for their families. I currently hold a position in sales within the travel industry, making use of my marketing skills. Read more about me on the About page.

Current & Previous Brand Partnerships
When looking for brands to work with, I prefer to align myself with companies who hold similar ideals to myself. Companies with a strong responsible tourism and community development program are a very good fit for me. If you are looking for a passionate traveller, with a high level of dedication and perfectionism; someone who can tell an engaging story and has a way of finding the interesting quirks of a place or culture; who is interested in how the history and politics of a region have shaped the local culture then you have come to the right place.
I have been fortunate enough to work with some big travel names. Most recently, I was a guest of Exodus Travels during my time in Sri Lanka; a guest of Pullman Hotels in Kuala Lumpur; got to hang out with Urban Adventures in Kuala Lumpur; stayed in luxury lodges in Kruger with Swagman Tours; experienced Chicago with Qatar Airways; attended the French Open with Peugeot Open Europe; cruised the Rhine in luxury with APT; explored Barcelona from my base at Hostel Duo; riding the rails through the UK with Britrail and plenty more…
